1. Digital Service Policy

As ChatKing.in is a digital SaaS (Software as a Service) platform providing immediate access to API resources, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription has been activated and used.

2. 3-Day Technical Issue Refund

If you face a genuine technical issue from our server side within the first 3 days of your purchase that prevents you from using our service, and our support team is unable to fix it, you are eligible for a full refund.

3. WhatsApp Bans

Refunds will not be provided if your WhatsApp number gets banned. We provide tools; the responsibility of following WhatsApp's anti-spam guidelines lies entirely with the user.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. However, no pro-rated refunds will be provided for the remaining days of your active billing cycle.
