2. Service Usage & Account Safety

ChatKing.in provides automation tools for WhatsApp. Users must strictly follow WhatsApp's terms of service. ChatKing is not responsible for any account bans or restrictions imposed by WhatsApp due to spamming or policy violations.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

All services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the service for sending unauthorized spam, illegal content, fraud, or harassing messages. Violation will result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to you. We shall not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise our right to modify or discontinue the Service.
